Our salary model is equal for all: the gross salary is always 50.7% of the revenue you generate. At Witted Mavericks, you reap the rewards of your work. Our role is to simply enable you to do your best work in interesting customer projects and compensate you generously.

As a Witted Mavericks consultant you are more than just a pair of hands; you act as a technical visionary for our clients. Great code is just the baseline. If you have the experience to architect complex solutions and the soft skills to mentor teams towards better delivery, this is your company.

At least 70% of what you bring in is spent on your salary, resulting in over 50% gross salary of your monthly invoicing, minimum being 3000€.
