Trainer/Coach on Agentic Mindset and Workflows

AI Trainer / Coach (Agentic Workflows):

A large client within the cybersecurity industry is going through an organization-wide AI transformation, and is looking for a trainer to help their non-engineering consultants and advisors put AI tools to work. The training covers around 500 people across 30+ cohorts. The goal is to help them adopt an "agentic mindset" and simplify their document-heavy work, research & client deliverables using AI tools, specifically Microsoft Copilot.

The training material has been prepared in advance, so this role focuses on delivering the sessions rather than planning the content.

Start: December 2026 or January 2027

Duration: 6 months

Location: On-site / hybrid in Finland

Language: English, Finnish is a plus

Allocation: 20-30%

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate 2-day interactive training sessions for cohorts of 12-15 business & advisory consultants
• Guide participants in applying agentic workflows and prompt engineering to non-technical work (document processing, advisory outputs, analysis)
• Adapt the pre-structured training materials to engage a demanding audience of professional consultants
• Lead discussions on practical AI use in daily advisory work, while keeping a technology-agnostic, strategic perspective

Qualifications:

• Deep practical understanding of AI workflows, autonomous agent concepts and advanced prompt engineering (experience using tools like Claude or Copilot to automate complex workflows)
• Experience in training, coaching or presenting to professional service teams
• A strong background in business, consulting or other non-engineering functions, and the ability to translate technical AI principles into practical value for business advisors
• Familiarity with enterprise AI tools, especially Microsoft Copilot in corporate settings
• Strong presentation, communication & stakeholder management skills, with a confident, credible presence
