Backround

A leading company within the retail sector is looking for a UX/Service Designer to work on their e-commerce architecture.

Responsibilities

• Sketches and prototypes based on user needs and customer journeys
• Test the prototypes with customers and stores
• Find and develop solutions for needs that have not yet been uncovered
• Work across two workstreams: project sales online and project sales in store

Must have

• Senior UX / service design experience
• E-commerce or project-sales experience
• Documented experience with prototyping and user testing
• Current technology understanding, especially AI, shown with project and result

Nice to have

• Retail, builders' merchant / DIY or B2B experience
• Experience working alongside Optimizely (Episerver) teams
• Design systems in Figma
