Senior QA Engineer

A client within the healthcare domain develops and maintains high-volume digital consumer services; iOS and Android mobile applications, a web service, AI bots and the internal UI for healthcare professionals. The services are the primary channel for customers, so the quality and user experience are especially important. They're on the lookout for a senior QA consultant to cover both manual testing and test automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute manual and exploratory testing, and write test cases for critical user journeys
• Build and maintain test automation for the mobile app, web service, and professional user interface
• Participate in the quality assurance of AI bots (conversation flows, response quality, error handling). Requires fluency in Finnish.
• Document testing and develop the team's quality assurance processes and practices
• Ensure visibility and traceability of quality (Jira, reporting, risks)
• Work closely with developers, designers, and the business, bringing a quality perspective into the design phase

Requirements

• Experience in manual testing and test case design
• Experience in building and maintaining test automation
• Experience with Playwright + TypeScript test automation
• Experience documenting testing and developing quality assurance processes
• Ability to look at quality as a whole rather than through individual test cases
• Senior-level experience in a QA role within agile product development
