Duration: Minimum 6 months, with the possibility of extension

Allocation: 100%

Location: Kongsberg. A lot of on-site presence is to be expected, especially in the beginning. Some work may be possible from elsewhere in the longer run.

Backround

A client is looking for a senior C++ developer to join their aviation project in Kongsberg. They need at least one person right now, and possibly more as the project moves forward. The role is broad, hands-on software work in a Linux-based environment. It covers everything from architecture & requirements to testing in the lab.

Tasks include, among others:

• Linux infrastructure
• Architecture
• Requirements work
• Information security
• Configuration management
• Network technology
• Container technology
• Software testing at the office and in the lab in Kongsberg
• Technical documentation
• Object-oriented software development
• Other software-related tasks

We're looking for:

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Solid C++ development experience
• Object-oriented software development
• Being able to work on-site in Kongsberg, especially in the beginning
