Scrum Master (Enterprise Banking)

Role: Scrum Master

This project focuses on driving Agile execution, delivery management, and AI transformation for a digital platform in the financial services domain. The role combines standard Scrum Master responsibilities with strategic initiative leadership, cross-team stakeholder coordination, and modern AI enablement across the software development lifecycle.

Start: As soon as possible

Duration: Long-term

Location: Helsinki, Finland (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week on-site)

Language: English

Other: Full-time (100% allocation) required.

Tech-wise we're looking for:

• Good understanding of API-based architectures and cloud technologies
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts and modern software development practices
• Practical interest and experience in AI tools, automation, and AI-driven SDLC techniques
• Knowledge of Open Banking, embedded banking, or payments ecosystems (nice-to-have)

Soft-skills we're looking for:

• Strong Agile leadership and team coaching capabilities (Scrum, SAFe)
• Proven delivery leadership, proactive risk resolution, and cross-team execution
• Excellent stakeholder management across architects, engineers, and business leaders
• Driving an AI-first mindset, team accountability, and psychological safety
