Integration Developer - Finance sector

We are seeking an Backend / Integration Developer for a large organization operating in the financial and payroll management services sector in the Nordics. The organization is a market leader with more than 70 offices across Finland, Sweden, and Norway.

The role will support their continuous growth and service enhancement by joining their development team to implement state-of-the-art automation and integration solutions for both internal and client-facing operational needs.

Responsibilities

The role has a hands-on backend and software development focus rather than an API management focus. The objective is to design, build, document, and maintain scalable integration and automation services that connect core business applications.

You will be working on solutions running in Microsoft Azure, using Azure Functions alongside the client’s proprietary Flow integration platform used for ecosystem management and monitoring. You will work as an active, self-driven team member within a collaborative, Finnish-speaking development team.

Requirements

Must-Have Experience & Skills

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Microsoft Azure, and Azure Bicep (Infrastructure as Code)
• Practical experience in software development and building integration logic
• General domain understanding of financial and/or payroll management processes
• Fluent English language skills

Nice-to-Have

• Practical experience with Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Angular
• A self-starter attitude with an analytical, pragmatic approach to problem-solving.<
• Finnish language skills

Details

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months, with the intention of converting to direct employment
• Allocation: 100% (Full-time)
• Location: Remote (Option to work from any of the 70+ offices across Finland, Sweden, and Norway)
