AI Enablement Lead

A client within the measurement technology industry is looking for an AI Enablement Lead to help their product development teams get further with agentic coding. The work happens around their embedded software teams and at team level: you'll join one team at a time, see where they're at with AI-assisted & agentic development, and coach them forward. Once a team is on track, you move on to the next one and do a similar round there.

The teams are at different levels, some further along than others. The current bottlenecks revolve around testing tools, code review and code pipelines. The optimal candidate is someone with a coaching mindset, who enjoys working with teams and helping developers get more out of AI in their daily work.

We're looking for:

• Hands-on experience with agentic coding and AI-assisted development in real team work (like Claude Code or GitHub Copilot)
• Experience coaching development teams & improving their ways of working
• Ability to meet teams at different skill levels and move them forward
• Facilitating workshops, team sprints or hackathons
• Discussing & finding out what slows a team down, and reshaping their ways of working around agentic tools

Understanding of embedded software development is a plus, but not a requirement. The focus is on ways of working & tools, not on being deep in the C++ world yourself. While the title may point towards strategy work at management level, this is really more of a hands-on coaching role.

Location: Vantaa, 2-3 days/week at the office
