2 AI Developers / Data Scientists for International AI Team

• Openings: 2 consultants
• Start Date: Rolling intake throughout the autumn
• Duration: Until the end of the year, with potential for 6+ months extension at the turn of the year
• Allocation: 100%
• Location: Oslo area (Minimum 3 days/week on-site required – physical presence needed)

About the Role & Project:

Our client is scaling up its AI initiatives and strengthening its international AI team. They are actively seeking 2 additional consultants to join their fast-paced environment.

You will be part of a large, highly skilled team of Data Scientists and developers working on advanced AI Agent projects tied to the client’s core business operations. Solutions will either be integrated directly into internal core systems or built into external products.

Core Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience. Must have a proven track record of getting things done.
• Working Style: Very hands-on. Must have experience building and taking code all the way into production.
• Technical Skills: Strong programming skills with a focus on data-oriented programming. Must have a solid understanding of algorithms, AI-Agents, data structures, and statistics.
• Data Intuition: Certifications (e.g., Cloud Certified Architect) are fine, but the candidate must have a genuine "feel" for data.
• Builder Mindset: Must be a true programmer, not just someone who uses or configures existing tools.

Technical Focus & Domain Areas:

• AI Agents & LLMs: Hands-on experience developing autonomous AI agents, tool-calling frameworks, LLM pipelines, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and evaluation frameworks.
• Data Science & Analytics: Deep understanding of data modeling, statistical analysis, and working with complex datasets to extract insights and power AI systems.
• Programming: Strong overall programming capability (Python focus). Additional software engineering background (e.g., backend or fullstack) is a strong plus.
