The client, a globally significant €20B+ health tech enterprise, is building production-grade agentic AI solutions to automate and streamline highly complex, expert-driven workflows. The project focuses on bridging high-level strategic framing with hands-on technical execution to deliver reliable, operational multi-agent systems within a demanding health tech environment.

Responsibilities

• System Architecture: Framing high-level AI architectures and designing production-ready, scalable agentic systems.
• Hands-on Implementation: Rolling up your sleeves to develop functional multi-agent workflows, tool-calling mechanisms, and prompts alongside the team.
• Workflow Automation: Translating intricate, expert-driven enterprise processes into automated LLM-driven solutions.
• Reliability & DevOps: Establishing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and software engineering best practices to ensure production stability and system reliability.

Qualifications and technical skills

• Agentic AI & Orchestration: Deep expertise in multi-agent orchestration frameworks, tool calling, and prompt design.
• Production AI Architecture: Proven experience in designing and deploying scalable, enterprise-grade LLM applications.
• Software Engineering & DevOps: Strong hands-on proficiency with CI/CD, automation tools, and system reliability engineering.
• Consultative Execution: Ability to alternate seamlessly between high-level architectural advisory and practical, code-level execution.
