AI Agent Architect

A client has built their own AI agent factory on top of OpenAI. They're now looking for a Developer / Architect to review, validate & develop the architecture of the setup, and to build new agents as part of the existing team that supports their business with agent development.

What you'll do:

• Validate the architecture of the agent setup, and suggest & help implement the required updates
• Join an existing team that supports the business with agent development
• Create new AI agents with Python

Required:

• Strong Python skills
• Experience with the OpenAI API platform
• Experience building AI agents
• Architecture-level understanding of building & maintaining an agent factory
• Business-oriented mindset
• Strong social skills

Start: 10/2026

Duration: Initially 2-3 months, possibility for extensions

Location: Helsinki, some on-site to be expected
