Built on a promise
We wanted to disrupt software consulting by providing the fairest and most transparent salary model on the market for senior software consultants. Looking at where we are now, it’s clear we succeeded.
We started in 2019. We ended that year with six consultants and one guy running the business. Now, we’re around 80 consultants and we’re taking a foothold in Norway and Sweden.
Still going strong
We've gone far, yet we're still respecting the same fundamentals. We still provide the fairest and most transparent salary model. This also enables us to offer an easy and effortless buying experience to our clients. We’ve grown to service clients big and small, the private and the public sector, domestic and international. What connects them is the need for senior software consultants.
We’re not just about salary. There are more promises we make to our consultants. We believe that our promise is still the most competitive in the market for senior developers.
