Witted has signed a deal to purchase IT management consultancy NeXec

Witted Megacorp has signed a deal to purchase NeXec. NeXec is a network of over 900 independent senior IT management and digital transformation consultants. Their headquarters is in Espoo, Finland. NeXec was founded in 2005 and it has a revenue of 13 million EUR in 2021, so it is an established player in the Finnish IT consulting market.

NeXec complements Witted’s offering by bringing us a new business area: IT management and digital transformation consulting. Their network of over 900 consultants complements Witted’s current offering by expanding the skills and services we can provide to our clients. Also, joining Witted enables NeXec to provide Witted’s developers in their projects.

NeXec will continue as an independent company under the Witted Megacorp umbrella in the similar vein as Talented, Mavericks and New Things Co. The company will retain its independent brand, its personnel and its own office in Espoo. All employment contracts, consultant contracts and client relationships continue without any changes.
