Witted Nexec Crafters development project built the foundation for platform business, which enables supporting the digital transformation of clients through a network of experienced professionals. This project defined target customers and customer demand, competitive advantage for the business, and service concept for go-to-market. In addition, a significant partner network was identified to support service delivery and the service was piloted with several target customers.
