DevOps Engineer

We are currently looking for a DevOps Engineer for our global client. If you are interested in gaining expertise with new technologies, tools and AWS migrations, this the project for you!

In this project you will get a change to work with an innovative, pioneering yet challenging and rewarding project team. You will be working together with DevOps consultant team and get a change to join a project where current infrastructure will be migrated to new systems - you will make sure that the old-solutions will be working and has a fresh touch. The infra is AWS-based, so you should be familiar working with AWS and taking the best practices into use. You should be also familiar working with microservices and Kafka, as these are playing a crucial role during the project. Besides this we hope that you are familiar with the very basics of DevOps eg. CI/CD automation in cloud solutions. The CI/CD tools and environment setup that the client is using are GitHub, Cloudbees Jenkins, Artifactory, Spinnaker and Terraform so we hope you have been working with these tools previously as well.

If you have Spinnaker knowledge, Cloudbees Jenkins experience and monitoring tooling experience with Datadog and ELK stack, these are considered as a great advantage!

Project would start during June and continuation is for 6 months in the beginning with possible extension. Location is Helsinki. English language is mandatory for the project.
