Technical Level Designer for a game project (remote)
Our customer, a Swedish game studio, is looking for a technical level designer to join a project making a AAA 3rd person co-op shooter in a proprietary (heavily modded Stingray) engine.
In the centre of the project is to utilize scripting to design, implement and develop features of the procedural world generation. Furthermore, you’ll coordinate design on a regular basis with the game direction, other feature teams, and your own team members.
In order to success in the project, you should find yourself in these:
- Knowledge in relevant scripting language, Python, Lua or similar
- Knowledge in world sculpting tools, e.g. World Machine or Houdini
- Shipped at least one previous game project
Duration: The start is asap and the project continues 6 months.
Location: Remote (but you have to be able to work during 10am-3pm CET)
