For you this means full focus on hands-on work instead of having to worry about e.g. scheduling and budgeting. Instead of legacy system maintenance you will be building data solutions with the latest technologies and helping the client's business succeed with data.

While we help our customers to design, process, build and scale data solutions, we also invest in learning and improving. That's our way of walking the talk – providing customers with the brightest minds in the field.
Top of the market compensation
We pride ourselves on our lean organization structure, which means less back office costs and more money for you. You will be paid fairly based on the revenue you bring in. The treatment is the same for all, gender or place of residence does not affect one's salary.
Our salary model is commission based. At least 70% of what you bring in is spent on your salary, resulting in over 50% gross salary of your monthly invoicing, minimum being 3000€. The holiday and sick leave periods are paid according to average earnings.

Senior Data Engineer
We’re looking to grow our team with Senior Data Engineers. If you get your kicks from data architecture and optimization, and tick most of the following boxes, we’d be thrilled to hear from you!
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Knows their way around cloud platforms, e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP
- Familiar with programming languages e.g. Python, Scala
- Skilled with at least some of these: Data lakes, Spark, Snowflake, SQL, ETL, ELT, Kubernetes, Kafka
Senior Data Architect
We are looking for Senior Data Architects to help our customers with data infrastructure, architecture and optimization. You might just be what we’re looking for if you have:
- 5 years of relevant work experience at minimum
- Knowledge from programming languages e.g Python, Scala
- Experience from cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
- Experience from at least some of these: Data lakes, Snowflake, Data warehousing, Data vaults, ETL, ELT, Data mesh
